  • Full Job Description

    I’m looking for contract recruiters with at least 6 months of recruiting experience, who can commit to working at least 30 plus hours a week. This is a work-from-home commissioned-based 1099 job (you are responsible for paying your own taxes and advertising).

    What I’m looking for in a contract recruiter:

    • Self-Disciplined
    • Ability to Multi-Task
    • Self-Starters
    • Able to work independently
    • Great organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills (Required)
    • Excellent computer skills (Required)
    • Customer Service experience (Required)
    • Sales experience (Required)
    • Truck Driver Recruiter 6 months experience (Prefered)
    •  Recruiting Experience (Prefered)

    As an Independent Virtual Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing your own:

    • Your own computer or laptop (NO tablets)
    • Smartphone
    • High-Speed Internet
    • Microsoft Office
    • Provide your own Leads (we do have a lead database of over 150,000 driver leads.) 

    As a contract recruiter, you will source and develop a pool of qualified driver applicants using traditional and non-traditional techniques including social media channels, internet searches, job postings, etc. You will conduct phone interviews, determine candidates’ qualifications, needs, and wants, and sell them on an opportunity that meets their requirements. This is a very rewarding profession! You can make a difference in people’s lives including your own. While you put drivers to work – you grow, learn and build your own business. You can work from home with the flexibility to manage your personal and professional goals.

    Contract Recruiting is not easy. It requires hard work and full-time hours. You are paid on commission – which means the sky is the limit. It also means there are no weekly pay guarantees. You are an independent contractor whose income is reported on a 1099. Therefore, it takes a very organized and self-motivated individual to be successful in this profession. Think carefully before you decide to make this career decision. It is extremely rewarding for the right person!
