Job Content Requirements:
- Clearly defined and non-misleading job titles
- Comprehensive job descriptions outlining key responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations
- Accurate compensation details (e.g., hourly, CPM, salary ranges or DOE)
- Verified city, state, and ZIP code for the job location
- Non-discriminatory, inclusive language that complies with EEOC standards
- Identification of the employment type (e.g., full-time, part-time, contract)
SEO & Google Compliance:
- No keyword stuffing or artificially manipulated content
- Unique, non-duplicate content per listing to ensure indexing eligibility
- No scraping or reposting from non-authorized third-party sources
- Use of consistent formatting and structure for enhanced readability
- Meta title, meta description, and schema markup standards respected (via our SEO system)
Posting Conduct:
- No misleading claims, bait-and-switch practices, or fake job ads
- Repeated or identical listings for the same job in multiple cities may be restricted
- Employer must provide valid contact information and/or application link
