CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver | Louisville KY

We’re hiring experienced and entry-level CDL-A drivers in the Louisville, KY area for a dedicated dry van route across the Midwest. Enjoy steady pay, consistent lanes, and weekly home time while running familiar regional routes through Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and West Virginia.

Job Highlights

• Home Time: Out on Monday, home by Saturday

• Shift Options: Day and Night shifts available

• Weekend Work: Voluntary

• Route Coverage: KY, OH, MI, IN, IL, WV

• Start Pay: $0.56 CPM – increases to $0.59 CPM after 6 months

• Additional Pay:

  • $40 Load Pay (0–149 miles)

  • $25 Load Pay (150–250 miles)

  • $15 Stop Pay

• Weekly Miles: 1,500 – 1,800

• Weekly Pay Average: $1,200 – $1,800

• Bonus: Driver performance bonus available

• Equipment: Dry Van – mix of live load, unload, drop & hook

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• Must live within 100 miles of ZIP 40214

• Accepts trainees and first-seat drivers

• No endorsements required

• Must be comfortable with forced dispatch
