CDL-A Trainee Driver Looking for a fresh start in the trucking industry? We’re hiring CDL-A trainees in the Baltimore area to join a nationwide OTR fleet. You’ll receive paid hands-on training, consistent freight, and full-time support.

Program Features:

• Training Pay: Earn steady pay during your training period
• Home Schedule: Reset every 12–14 days on the road
• Miles: Run 1,900–2,300+ miles per week after training
• Type of Freight: Dry van — drop & hook and live loads
• Extra Pay: $15 for every stop completed
• Trucks: Assigned, late-model equipment after training phase

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license (new graduates accepted)
• Able to stay out on the road for 12–14 day runs
• Live within 200 miles of Baltimore, MD 21201
• Motivated and committed to safe, professional driving
