This is a solo OTR position offering full cross-country runs, dry van freight, and long-term career opportunities with consistent freight and strong pay for new Class A drivers.

Driver Highlights

• Home Time: Every 2 to 4 weeks

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 to $1,700 DOE

• Top Earners: Reach $1,700/week with performance bonuses

• Pay Type: Per mile trip pay, based on route and experience — ranges from $0.43 to $0.58 CPM

Basic Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL

• Must meet all DOT physical and background standards

• No DUIs in past 10 years (CDL holders) or 5 years (non-CDL)

• No more than 2 moving violations or 1 preventable DOT accident in the past 2 years

• Drug-free, with no positive or refused DOT drug tests in the past 10 years
