CDL-A Trainee Truck Driver Starting your CDL-A career? We’re hiring new drivers in the Pittsburgh area for regional OTR routes with paid training and assigned equipment. This is your chance to earn steady miles while gaining hands-on experience from seasoned mentors.

What’s in It for You:

• Training Pay: $1,000–$1,200 per week while you learn
• Home Schedule: 12–14 days out, then 34-hour reset at home
• Weekly Miles: Average 2,000+ miles after upgrade
• Freight Type: Dry van — includes drop & hook and live loads
• Extra Pay: $15 per stop after training phase
• Assigned Equipment: Late-model tractor post-training
