CDL-A Trainee Truck Driver – Start your trucking career off right. We’re hiring CDL-A trainees in Winston-Salem and nearby areas for an over-the-road fleet that helps new drivers gain paid experience and long-term stability. No previous driving experience needed — just your CDL-A and a willingness to learn.

Position Highlights:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,000–$1,500 after training
• Schedule: Out for 12–14 days, home to reset
• Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor
• Miles: 1,900–2,400 per week average
• Freight: Dry van – drop & hook and live loads
• Extras: Safety pay, stop pay, and performance bonuses

Qualifications:

• CDL-A license in hand
• Live within 200 miles of Winston-Salem, NC (ZIP 27105)
• Willing to be out 2 weeks at a time
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn OTR operations
