CDL-A Trainee Truck Driver Just earned your CDL-A? We’re now hiring new drivers in the Wilmington area to join a nationally supported OTR training fleet. No solo experience required — just motivation, a clean license, and a willingness to grow.

Position Perks:

• Training Pay: Paid on-the-job training to help you gain confidence and miles
• Home Time: Reset every 2 weeks while on the road
• Weekly Miles: 1,900–2,300+ post-training
• Freight Type: Dry van — mix of drop & hook and live loads
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop, added to mileage pay
• Equipment: Assigned late-model tractors after training completion

Who We’re Looking For:

• CDL-A license holders (school grads welcome)
• Able to be away from home 12–14 days per trip
• Live within 200 miles of Wilmington, DE 19801
• Strong safety mindset and professional attitude
