CDL-A Trainee Truck Driver New to trucking? If you have your Class A license but no experience, we’re ready to train you. We’re hiring CDL-A trainees in Roanoke, VA for a high-mileage over-the-road fleet that offers consistent routes, dedicated support, and great equipment.

What You’ll Get:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,700 after training
• Home Time: Every 2 weeks with a full reset
• Weekly Miles: 1,900–2,300 average
• Equipment: Late-model dry van tractors — assigned to you
• Freight: Drop & hook, live load/unload, preloads
• Bonus: Performance-based incentive plan
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop

Minimum Requirements:

• CDL-A in hand
• Live within 200 miles of Roanoke, VA (ZIP 24012)
• Available for 12–14 day OTR runs
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
