CDL-A Trainee Truck Driver Have your CDL-A but no experience yet? We’re hiring trainee drivers in the Fredericksburg, VA area who are ready to launch a full-time trucking career. Join a structured over-the-road (OTR) fleet that offers training pay, miles, and support from day one.

What You Can Expect:

• Training Pay: Paid while you complete on-the-road instruction
• Home Time: Every 2 weeks (34-hour reset)
• Mileage: 1,900–2,300 per week after training
• Freight: Dry van — mix of drop & hook and live loads
• Equipment: Late-model, assigned tractor
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop

To Qualify:

• Must have a valid Class A CDL (recent graduates welcome)
• Live within 200 miles of Fredericksburg, VA (ZIP 22401)
• Willing to run OTR for 12–14 days at a time
• Professional attitude and commitment to safety
