CDL-A Trainee Truck Driver | Guaranteed Miles & Pay | Atlanta, GA

Ready to launch your driving career? We’re hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers in the Atlanta area for a regional fleet that offers structured training, reliable pay, and full-time support. No experience? No problem — just bring your CDL-A and a willingness to learn.

Position Details:

  • Weekly Pay: $1,000–$1,500 after training
  • Home Time: Every 2 weeks (34-hour resets)
  • Miles: 1,800–2,300/week average
  • Freight: Dry van only — live load, drop & hook
  • Bonus: Swift Driver Performance Bonus Plan
  • Stop Pay: $15 per stop
  • Shift: Day and night shifts available

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-A license (school grads welcome)
  • Live within 200 miles of Atlanta, GA (ZIP 30349)
  • Willing to stay out 12–14 days at a time
  • Positive attitude and focus on safety
