Class A Truck Driver Trainee Account

Looking to break into the trucking industry with no experience? A national refrigerated carrier is hiring CDL-A trainees in the Jacksonville, FL area for Over-the-Road (OTR) positions based out of Conley, GA.

This role offers reliable miles, coast-to-coast runs, and full training support for newly licensed drivers.

Position Overview

• Home Time: Every 2 weeks

• Schedule: Day and night shifts available

• Weekend & Holiday Work: Expected

• Freight Type: Refrigerated, 100% no-touch

• Solo Miles: 1,600–2,000 per week

• Team/Mentor Miles: 3,000–4,000 per week

Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300

• Top Range: $1,600–$2,000/week (performance based)

• Pay Structure: Per-mile pay (CPM varies with route/miles)

• Short Haul & Stop Pay: Paid (same as OTR structure)

• Transition Bonus: Not included

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older

• Hold a valid Class A CDL

• No endorsements required
