Job Details:
We’re hiring CDL-A tractor-trailer drivers for a local dedicated shuttle fleet based in Pueblo, CO. You’ll run dry van freight from a retail distribution center to locations within Colorado, make about two turns per day, and be home every day. This is a straight, salaried position with steady miles and year-round work.

• Average Weekly Earnings: ~$1,300
• Daily salary: $200/day for drivers with 0–2 years of experience
• Weekly Mileage: About 2,000 miles per week
• Home Daily
• Schedule: Work a minimum of 5 days per week, any day Mon–Sun with a Mix of day and night dispatches
• Weekend & Holiday work required to support customer needs
• Freight: dedicated dry van (retail freight), Live unload and drop & hook, Local intra-Colorado runs; shuttle work included
• Conditions to Expect: Cold-weather driving, including winter conditions in Colorado and some variable routes and holiday traffic

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• First-seat experienced driver – recent solo tractor-trailer experience required; no trainees
• No endorsements required
• Comfortable working both day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Able to handle year-round Colorado weather and local shuttle-style operations
• Safe driving record and ability to meet standard hiring criteria
• Must live within 40 miles of ZIP 81001 (Pueblo, CO)
