CDL-A Local Truck Driver – Dry Van (Day Shift)

Job Details:
We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a local dry van retail-distribution lane based near Cheyenne, WY. You’ll haul preloaded trailers to metro Denver, Colorado Springs, and Silverthorne, then return, running day-shift local miles with hourly pay and daily home time. This lane requires solid winter mountain-driving skills and comfort with chaining when conditions demand it.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour, reviewed annually
• Home Time: Home daily – local work
• Shift: Day shift
• Freight: Dry van, preloaded drop & hook, no-touch freight
• Lanes originate in Cheyenne, WY (82007) with runs to Metro Denver, Colorado Springs, or Silverthorne, CO
• Winter mountain driving experience is a must

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driver experience
• Proven winter mountain-driving experience and ability to chain when needed
• Comfortable running local routes into Denver/Front Range, including hills and variable weather
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Safe driving record and ability to meet standard hiring criteria
• Must live within 25 miles of ZIP 82007 (Cheyenne, WY) and commute to the local yard
