Job Details:
We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a local, home-daily dry van yard position based in Phoenix, AZ. This lane is hourly, runs about 40 hours per week, and pays overtime after 40, with all work done in and around the local yard and nearby area. The job is physically demanding and performed outdoors in both hot and cold weather.

• Average Weekly Earnings: ~$1,200
• Pay Rate: $23.00–$24.50/hour to start, with time-and-a-half after 40 hours
• Home Time: Home daily, roughly 40 hours per week
• Freight/Work: Local dry van / yard and shuttle work (no long-haul miles)
• Schedule/Shifts: Both day and night – must be flexible
• Weekend and Holiday Work may be required
• Christmas is off
• Work in cold and hot weather, exposed to the elements
• Job is physically demanding (frequent in-and-out of tractor, handling dollies/gear)

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6 months + of tractor-trailer experience
• Able to work both day and night shifts, plus weekends as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in extreme Arizona heat and cooler weather, and performing physical yard work
• Safe driving record and ability to meet standard hiring criteria
• Must live within 40 miles of ZIP 85043 (Phoenix, AZ) and be able to commute to the yard
