CDL-A Regional Driver Jobs – Home Weekly | Up to $1,900/Week | Cincinnati OH

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced CDL-A regional drivers for a steady, non-seasonal regional account serving the Midwest and Northeast. This is a multi-stop freight position with consistent lanes, predictable scheduling, and strong earning potential for drivers who want reliable work and weekly home time.

Pay & Compensation

• Earn up to $1,900 per week

• Mileage pay based on experience (up to $1.39 CPM, with annual increases up to $1.41 CPM)

• $1,200 weekly guarantee for the first 60 days

• $10 per stop through a safe-driving stop incentive program
  (approximately $600–$800 paid quarterly)

• Top drivers earn $95,000+ annually

Freight & Routes

• Regional routes covering:

  • OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY, VT

• Multi-stop deliveries

• Driver unload using roller racks

• Steady, year-round freight (not seasonal)

• Approximately 3–4 loads per week

• 1–5 stops per trailer

Schedule & Home Time

• Start days: Sunday or Monday

• Home weekly (typically after the 3rd load)

• 34–48 hour reset

• Weekends off not guaranteed

Equipment & Policies

• Late-model dry van equipment

• No slip seat

• Take truck home

• Pet friendly

• Rider policy available

• No owner-operators

• No trainees or team drivers

Training

• Paid training provided (typically 2 weeks, based on experience)

• $240 per day during training

• Orientation conducted in the Midwest

Driver Requirements
