We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van fleet based out of Prairie du Chien, WI. Drivers run steady round-trip Midwest freight with predictable routes, preloaded trailers, and dependable miles. This position is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers who want consistent earnings, simple retail freight, and regular home time.

Position Highlights

• Home Time: Every 1–2 weeks with a 34-hour reset

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,400 (based on experience)

• Weekly Miles: ~1,000+ miles with consistent retail freight

• Pay Scale:

  • 0–6 months: $0.52 CPM

  • 7–12 months: $0.53 CPM

  • 12–24 months: $0.54 CPM

  • 25–36 months: $0.545 CPM

  • 37–48 months: $0.55 CPM

  • 48+ months: $0.56 CPM

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop

• Freight Type: 100% no-touch

• Loads: Preloaded / drop & hook

• Shifts: Day or night
