Job Details

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a night-shift yard/hostler position at a retail
distribution center in Pueblo, CO. This is a home-daily job where you will operate
a yard tractor (“yard goat”) to move dry van trailers in and out of dock doors,
stage equipment, and help keep the yard running safely and on time.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,000–$1,200, depending on hours worked
• Home daily – all work is at the distribution center
• Night shift position with a set schedule
• Weekend and holiday work required when the operation is running
• Primary tasks: spotting trailers, backing into doors, staging trailers for loading/unloading
• Freight: dry freight; no freight handling — you are moving trailers, not unloading them

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Classified as First Seat (Experienced) – recent solo tractor-trailer experience required; no trainees
• Comfortable working night shift, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong backing skills and attention to yard and dock safety
• Safe driving record and ability to meet standard hiring criteria
• Must live within 50 miles of Pueblo, CO 81001
