Pay Breakdown

Training Pay (First 4–6 Weeks): $650/week
Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay (After Training): $0.43–$0.51 CPM
Stop Pay: $15 per stop after upgrade
Equipment: Late-model tractor assigned after training completion

Route & Schedule Details

• OTR: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour home reset

• Freight: No-touch dry van freight (live loads + drop & hook)

• Running Area: Access to 48-state OTR lanes after upgrade

• Home Base: Charlotte metro region

Program Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL-A (recent graduates encouraged)

• Willing to run OTR for two consecutive weeks

• Must live within 200 miles of Charlotte, NC
