Pay Breakdown

• Training Pay (First 4–6 Weeks): $650 per week

• Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,050–$1,450+ weekly

• Mileage Pay (Post-Training): $0.43–$0.51 CPM

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop after upgrade

• Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor once solo qualified

Route & Schedule

• OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour reset at home

• Freight: No-touch dry van — live load/unload + drop & hook

• Running Area: 48-state OTR once training is complete

• Home Base: Chicago metro and suburbs

Hiring Requirements

• Valid CDL-A (recent CDL school grads accepted)

• Must be willing to run OTR for two consecutive weeks

• Must live within 200 miles of Chicago, IL

• Professionalism, safety mindset, and strong work ethic
