Pay Breakdown

• Weekly Training Pay for 4 – 6 weeks: $650

• Post-Training Solo Pay: $1,000–$1,400+ weekly

• CPM (Based on Experience): $0.43–$0.51

• Bonus Incentives: $15 per stop after upgrade

• Assigned Equipment: Modern, late-model tractor upon completion of training

Route Details

• OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour reset at home

• Freight Type: Dry van (mix of live loads and drop & hook)

• Operating Region: 48-state coverage available post-upgrade

Program Requirements

• Must possess a valid CDL-A license (recent grads welcome)

• Willing to run OTR 2 weeks at a time

• Must live within 200 miles of Dallas, TX

• Strong commitment to building a stable, long-term driving career
