CDL-A Western Regional OTR Driver – Earn $1,100–$1,200 Weekly – Phoenix, AZ

We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for a Western Regional OTR fleet based in Phoenix, AZ. This position runs exclusively in the Western states, includes Midwest and Texas plains when available, and never crosses east of the Mississippi. Drivers stay near home territory and enjoy consistent OTR miles, flexible shifts, and solid weekly earnings.

Position Highlights

• Home Time: Every 2–3 weeks

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200

• Weekly Miles: 2,200–2,400

• Region: All states west of the Mississippi

• Shifts: Day and Night

• Hiring Area: Must live within 200 miles of ZIP 85043 (Phoenix, AZ)

• Driver Types Accepted: Trainees and experienced CDL-A drivers

Lane & Freight Details

• Operates in Western states only

• Includes Midwest and Texas when available

• No East Coast freight — does not run past the Mississippi River

• Consistent OTR miles

• “Near home” routing, rarely more than 2–3 days out before looping back through region

• Standard dry van trailer work

• No endorsements required

Compensation

• OTR Pay Scale (per fleet standards)

• Weekly Earnings: $1,100–$1,200

• Weekly Miles: 2,200–2,400

• Pay Structure: Same as standard OTR pay for the fleet

• Stop Pay, Short-Haul Pay: Same as OTR program

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Trainees accepted

• Willing to run OTR for 2–3 weeks at a time

• Comfortable with day or night shift

• Must live within hiring radius

• Must meet standard safety and hiring criteria
