Within days, you’ll be ready to begin matching CDL drivers with active job openings nationwide.

Step Two: Recruit Using Proven Tools

As a recruiter, you’ll have access to:

• 25+ active carrier job feeds

• Real, up-to-date CDL driver openings

• Flyers, job ad templates, and outreach scripts

• A personal recruiter dashboard to track leads, applications, and hires

You manage your own advertising and outreach. We provide the carrier relationships and hiring infrastructure that support your success.

Step Three: Earn Weekly Commission

Once your drivers are approved, hired, and seated:

• You are paid weekly via direct deposit

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Recruiting experience preferred (not required)

• Familiarity with platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, or similar is a plus

• Comfortable working 100% commission-based

• Self-motivated and organized

• Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
