At Class A Jobs 411, we currently operate as a free job board and recruiting platform for CDL-A drivers and carrier partners. While all services are free at this time, we reserve the right to introduce paid features or job posting packages in the future.


1. Current Policy (Free Services)

  • As of now, Class A Jobs 411 does not charge any fees to drivers or carriers for posting jobs or submitting applications.

  • Because our services are free, there are no refunds or returns applicable under the current model.


2. Future Paid Services

If and when Class A Jobs 411 introduces paid job posting plans or recruiter tools:

  • All pricing will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

  • Customers will receive a receipt and confirmation email with purchase details.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

  • Any refunds approved will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already delivered or utilized (e.g., job ad published for more than 48 hours)

  • Incomplete or incorrect submissions by the customer

  • Promotional or discounted plans (unless legally required)
