July 1, 2025

✅ DO:

  1. Respond Fast – Call or text within 15–30 minutes of application.
  2. Pre-Qualify Properly – Ask the right questions before submitting.
  3. Use Clean Submissions – Include CDL, med card, work history, and endorsements.
  4. Follow Up Daily – Don’t let drivers go cold. Touch base until they’re scheduled.
  5. Build Trust – Be honest, direct, and consistent. Drivers remember who treats them right.

❌ DON’T:

  1. Submit Unqualified Drivers – Know the carrier’s rules before you apply.
  2. Guess on Application Info – No shortcuts. If you’re unsure, verify with the driver.
  3. Ghost Drivers After Submission – Stay engaged all the way to orientation.
  4. Overpromise Pay or Home Time – Set clear, accurate expectations.
  5. Ignore the Carrier’s Notes – Always read instructions and follow protocol.
