This is a fully remote, commission-based independent contractor opportunity. You’ll operate as your own business, sourcing and placing drivers using available openings and support systems.

Class A Jobs 411 continues to expand its network of independent recruiters and provides access to active carrier opportunities nationwide.

Support is available Monday–Friday (6 AM – 4 PM MST) if needed.

What You’ll Do

Source CDL drivers using your own methods (job boards, social, referrals, etc.)
Communicate with drivers and guide them through the application process
Match drivers with available positions based on qualifications
Track and manage your activity using recruiter tools
Follow up consistently to move candidates toward placement

What’s Provided

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor role
