This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for individuals who want to run their own recruiting operation while leveraging an established system, active job openings, and backend support.

Class A Jobs 411 has over a decade of experience placing drivers with carriers across the country and continues to expand its recruiter network.

Support is available Monday–Friday (6 AM – 4 PM MST) if you need assistance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage CDL drivers across multiple channels
• Walk drivers through the application and onboarding steps
• Match candidates with available driving opportunities
• Manage your pipeline using our recruiter tools
• Follow up and move drivers through the hiring process

Pay Structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor role.

• Commission-only compensation
