We maintain a staffed support office Monday–Friday (6 AM – 4 PM MST) to assist recruiters as needed.

What This Role Involves

• Work remotely on your own schedule
• Source and connect with CDL drivers
• Guide drivers through the application process
• Match drivers with available carrier opportunities
• Track activity within our recruiter system

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role.

• Commission-based only (paid per completed placement after carrier confirmation)
• Earnings vary based on effort, activity, and successful placements
• Top-performing recruiters may earn up to 80% commission per placement

Ideal Background

• Recruiting, sales, or customer service experience
• Transportation or CDL knowledge (helpful, not required)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
