Pay

• Base CPM (Practical Miles):
  • 12–29 months exp: $0.67–$0.69 CPM (w/ Haz +$0.02)
  • 30+ months exp: $0.69–$0.71 CPM (w/ Haz +$0.02)
• Band/Short-Haul Pay (loaded, non-relayed):
  • 0–100 miles: $35/load
  • 101–400 miles: $25/load
• Extra Pay: Detention after 1 hour
• Safety Raises at mileage milestones (high CPM cap)
• Anniversary Bonus: $100/year of continuous service (paid annually)
• Hazmat Premium per mile on placarded loads (<2% of freight)

Safety & Performance Bonuses

• CSA Safety Bonus (quarterly): up to $875 (with Hazmat) or $700 + 8 hrs PTO
• On-Road Safety Bonus (quarterly): $600

Hiring Bonus (Pick one; limited time)

• Option 1 (with qualifying safety record):
  • Sign-on up to $1,475 (w/ Hazmat) or $1,300
  • PTO + Orientation Pay
  • + $600 additional after 30 days (with qualifying safety record)

Schedule & Home Time

• Home: ~48 hours on weekends
• Operating: Regional Dry Van (no NYC, Canada, or Mexico)

Minimum Qualifications

• Class A CDL (valid/current)
• 9+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • (6 months accepted if teaming with an experienced driver — ask for details)
• No preventable DOT-reportable accidents in last 3 years
• No DWI in last 7 years
• Less than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and HPE (company drivers)
• No drug test refusals/failures
