Position Overview

We are adding motivated 1099 CDL driver recruiters to our team.
If you have experience in trucking, logistics, customer service, or general recruiting, this role offers high-income potential and full flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Source CDL-A drivers via job boards, ads, social media, SMS/Email

• Qualify drivers based on experience, safety, and endorsements

• Match drivers with positions nationwide

• Submit applications and maintain communication with carriers

• Track leads, apps, and hires in your portal

Requirements

• Recruiting experience preferred (trucking experience is a bonus)

• Experience using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, or similar platforms

• Must be self-motivated and comfortable with 100% commission

• Reliable phone, computer, and internet

• Ability to manage your own advertising, follow-up, and workflow

Compensation
