Pay Breakdown

Training Pay (First 4–6 Weeks): $650 per week
Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay (After Training): $0.43–$0.51 CPM
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once solo
Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor upon completing training

Route & Schedule Details

• OTR: 12–14 days out, followed by a 34-hour reset at home

• Freight Type: No-touch dry van — mix of live loads/unloads and drop & hook

• Operating Area: Full 48-state network available after upgrade

• Home Base: Greater Atlanta region

Program Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required (recent graduates welcome)

• Willing to run OTR for two consecutive weeks

• Must live within 200 miles of Atlanta, GA

• Strong commitment to safety, training, and long-term growth
