Pay Breakdown

• Training Pay (First 4–6 Weeks): $650 per week

• Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ weekly

• Mileage Pay (Post-Training): $0.43–$0.51 CPM

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop once upgraded

• Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor upon solo qualification

Route & Schedule Details

• OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out followed by a 34-hour home reset

• Freight: No-touch dry van — mix of drop & hook and live load/unload

• Running Area: 48-state OTR after training

• Home Base: Harrisburg metro region

• Valid CDL-A license (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

• Willingness to run OTR for two consecutive weeks

• Must live within 200 miles of Harrisburg, PA
