If you’re a newly licensed CDL-A driver in the Denver metro area and want to start your trucking career the right way, this paid trainee program offers structured training, experienced mentorship, and a clear path to a solo OTR position with consistent miles and dependable weekly pay.
This is not a churn-and-burn trainee seat. It’s built for drivers who want real experience, stability, and long-term growth in over-the-road trucking.
Pay & Earnings
Training Pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks
Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM after training (experience based)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once solo
Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit
Most trainees move to solo status quickly once all training benchmarks are met.
Equipment & Freight
Assigned late-model automatic tractors after upgrade
No-touch dry van freight
Mix of drop & hook and live loads
Nationwide freight lanes
The focus is learning the job without unnecessary complications or forced dispatch pressure.
Schedule & Operating Area
OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out, followed by a 34-hour reset
Operating Area: 48-state OTR after training
Home Base: Denver, CO metro region
This position is designed to build strong OTR experience and steady miles.

Valid CDL-A license (recent grads welcome)
Willing to run OTR for two weeks at a time
Must live within 200 miles of Denver, CO
