CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Dedicated Retail Account | Weekly Home Time

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional retail account based in Marengo, OH. This position offers steady freight, strong weekly earnings, and predictable home time. Drivers deliver store freight on multi-stop routes using roller racks.

Pay & Earnings

• Weekly Pay: $1,750 – $1,850 (BOE)

• Top 20% Drivers Earn: $95,000+ annually

• Weekly Guarantee: $1,200 per week for the first 60 days

• Safe Stop Bonus: $10 per stop
  (Approximately $600–$800 paid quarterly)

• Annual Pay Increases: $0.01 CPM per year up to cap

Home Time

• Weekly home time

• 34–48 hour reset

• Weekends not guaranteed

• Drivers typically start Sunday or Monday and are routed home after the 3rd load of the week (Friday or Saturday)

Freight Details

• Retail store deliveries

• Driver hand unload required

• Multi-stop routes (1–5 stops per trailer)

• Approximately 3–4 loads per week

• Non-seasonal freight

Operating Area

Regional routes in:
OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY, VT

Equipment

• 53’ Dry Van trailers

• Freightliner and International tractors

• Manual and automatic transmissions

• Approximately 50% of trucks equipped with APUs

• No slip seat

• Drivers take truck home

• Pet and rider policy available

Training

• Paid training provided

• Typically 2 weeks based on experience

• Training Pay: $240 per day

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• Minimum 6 months verifiable experience

• Ability to perform physical unload using roller racks

• Comfortable with multi-stop routes
