Position Overview

We’re hiring 1099 Contract CDL Driver Recruiters. You control your hours, workflow, and income. Trucking/transportation recruiting experience is preferred, but strong general recruiters with hustle do well here. Remote role with emphasis on sourcing drivers in and around Atlanta GA (you can recruit nationwide).

Responsibilities

• Source CDL-A drivers via job boards, social, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen for qualifications (experience, endorsements, MVR, etc.)
• Match drivers to best-fit carrier openings; submit apps and follow up
• Track candidates and updates in the recruiter portal until seated

Requirements

• 1+ year recruiting (CDL/trucking preferred)
• Hands-on with Indeed/ZipRecruiter or similar job boards
• Self-motivated and comfortable on 100% commission
• Reliable computer, phone, internet
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management

Pay Structure

• Commission paid per driver hired and seated with the carrier
• No earnings cap—more seated hires = more pay
