Pay & Bonuses

• CPM by experience: $0.56 (0–6 mo) · $0.59 (6–12 mo) · $0.60 (1–2 yrs)
• Short-haul pay: $40 for loads under 100 miles
• Stop pay: $15/stop
• Performance bonus program (earn more for safe/on-time performance)

Typical weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400 (with ~1,800 miles/week)

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Every 2 weeks
• Shifts: Day or Night; Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat (rotations used)
• Weekend work: Yes
• Holiday work: Aligned with scheduled home time

Freight & Lanes

• Dry van; no endorsements required
• Mix of live load/unload, preload, and drop & hook
• East-region freight with out-and-back to Ohio; steady volume and extra pay opportunities on short hauls
• Reality check: You’ll run cold-weather areas in season—dress and plan accordingly
