Pay Breakdown

Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor upon completion of training

Route Details

• OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour reset at home

• Freight Type: Dry van (mix of live loads and drop & hook)

• Operating Area: Full 48-state coverage available after upgrade

• Home Base: Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas

Program Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL-A (recent graduates are welcome)

• Willing to run OTR for two consecutive weeks

• Must live within 200 miles of Phoenix, AZ

• Strong commitment to developing a long-term driving career
