Pay Breakdown
Weekly Training Pay (4–6 weeks): $650
Post-Training Solo Pay: $1,000–$1,400+ weekly
CPM (Based on Experience): $0.43–$0.51
Bonus Incentives: $15 per stop after upgrade
Assigned Equipment: Late-model tractor provided after training completion
Route Details
OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour reset at home
Freight Type: Dry van — mix of live loads and drop & hook
Operating Region: Full 48-state availability once upgraded to solo
Program Requirements
Must possess a valid CDL-A license (recent graduates welcome)
Willing to run OTR for 2 consecutive weeks
Must live within 200 miles of San Antonio, TX
Strong desire to build a committed, long-term driving career
