Check Your Records
Before applying, it’s smart to pull your own background reports so there are no surprises:
- Request your DAC Report – employment history, terminations, and notes from past carriers.
- Request your PSP Report – crashes, roadside inspections, and safety violations.
- Order your MVR (via your state DMV) – shows your license status and moving violations.
If you find errors:
- DAC – dispute directly with HireRight.
- PSP – request a correction through FMCSA’s DataQs system.
- MVR – contact your state DMV for corrections.
