Position Highlights

  • Home Daily – Local intermodal runs around Chicago and surrounding states (WI, MI, IA, IN).
  • Night Shift – Start times approx. 7 PM – 4 AM, Monday–Friday.
  • Weekend Differential – Work starting Friday 7 PM through Monday 4 AM pays extra.
  • Drop & Hook – Heavy no-touch freight.
  • Consistent Miles – Average ~1,800 miles per week.

Pay & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $0.62 per mile + $20 load pay per load.
  • Average Weekly Earnings: ~$1,200.
  • Night Differential: +$0.06 per mile (M–F, 7 PM – 4 AM).
  • Weekend Differential: +$0.12 per mile (Fri 7 PM – Mon 4 AM).
  • Bonuses: Not currently offered.

Requirements

  • CDL-A License
  • 6 months recent driving experience
  • No endorsements required
  • Must live within 25 miles of ZIP 60608 (Chicago, IL)

Schedule

  • Home Daily (local intermodal)
  • Night shift focused
  • Weekend work required if scheduled
  • Holiday work required if scheduled
