  • Provide accurate and complete job details including pay, routes, and requirements
  • Treat all driver candidates with professionalism and respect
  • Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
  • Not misrepresent your credentials, affiliation, or authority to hire

6. Platform Use — Carriers

As a carrier using our platform, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate company information including DOT and MC numbers
  • Post only legitimate, currently available job openings
  • Comply with all FMCSA regulations and applicable employment laws
  • Not engage in deceptive hiring practices or bait-and-switch job offers
  • Honor the terms and conditions presented to driver applicants

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Class A Jobs 411 for any of the following:
  • Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
  • Posting false, misleading, or inaccurate job listings or profiles
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Collecting or harvesting personal data from other users without consent
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
  • Using automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access our platform
  • Reproducing, distributing, or selling our content without written permission
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of our website or services
Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability
