OTR Dry Van Drivers – Alsip, IL

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road drivers to join our growing fleet. Enjoy competitive mileage pay, modern equipment, flexible dispatch, and consistent freight opportunities.

Compensation & Pay

$0.75 CPM for all loaded and empty miles.
$2,500+ weekly earning potential with experienced dispatchers and pre-booked loads.
No forced dispatch – drivers have flexibility in choosing how many miles they run.
Dispatchers work with individual driver preferences.
Weekly pay via direct deposit.
Paychecks issued every Friday with no holding period.
Additional bonuses offered.

Home Time & Schedule

Standard schedule: 3 weeks out, 3 days home.
More flexible home-time options available in certain states.
No forced dispatch.
Drivers can work with dispatchers to determine preferred mileage.
Pre-booked loads help reduce waiting time and maximize driving opportunities.

Driver Requirements

Minimum 2 years of CDL-A Over-the-Road experience.
No more than 3 moving violations within the previous 3 years.
No more than 2 accidents within the previous 5 years.
No SAP drivers.
No DUI violations.
No reckless driving violations.
No hit-and-run violations.
No speeding violations exceeding 20 MPH over the posted limit.
No driving violations involving mobile device use.
No gaps in driving employment or experience within the past year.
