How do I get paid?
You earn a commission for each driver who is successfully hired. Commission payouts go out weekly, every Thursday.
Do I need recruiting or trucking experience?
No. Prior experience is not required, and our training program is free. Trucking, sales, customer service or HR experience helps.
What do I need to get started?
A reliable computer or laptop and high-speed internet. There is no startup cost.
Can I work part-time or set my own hours?
Yes. You set your own hours and work remotely. The application asks how many hours a week you can commit.
Where do the driver leads come from?
You can bring your own leads, or opt into our daily lead generation program.
Can another recruiter take my candidates?
No. Your submissions are yours, and we do not allow cross-selling of candidates between recruiters.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application and contact you about next steps, including training and access to the Recruiter Workstation.
