This program focuses on developing safe, confident drivers with steady miles and long-term opportunity.


Compensation Overview

  • Training Pay: $650/week (typically 4–6 weeks)
  • Post-Training Earnings: $1,000–$1,400+ weekly
  • CPM Range: $0.43–$0.51 depending on experience
  • Additional Pay: $15 per stop after upgrade
  • Payroll: Weekly direct deposit

Drivers who meet performance goals often move through training quickly.


Trucks & Freight

  • Assigned automatic equipment after training
  • 100% no-touch dry van freight
  • Combination of drop & hook and live loads
  • Consistent freight network across the U.S.

  • Home Time: 34-hour reset
  • Coverage Area: All 48 states after training

Minimum Qualifications
