These Application Terms explain how Class A Jobs 411 receives, reviews, uses, and shares information submitted through our CDL driver applications, Quick Apply forms, job applications, carrier portals, and related recruiting tools. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control unless these Application Terms expressly say otherwise.
1. Acceptance of These Application Terms
By submitting an application, Quick Apply form, driver profile, resume, or related recruiting information through Class A Jobs 411, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Application Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. If you submit information for a business, carrier, recruiter, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to do so for that organization.
2. What an Application Does
Class A Jobs 411 is a CDL driver recruiting and job-board platform. A driver application helps us and participating carriers or recruiters evaluate potential opportunities based on the information provided, including experience, CDL status, endorsements, location, route preferences, home-time preferences, and other job-related answers.
Submitting one application may allow Class A Jobs 411 to consider you for more than one relevant driving opportunity. It does not create an employment contract, guarantee an interview, job offer, placement, compensation level, carrier response, or a specific timeline for any recruiting decision.
3. Information You Provide
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. You must not submit another person’s personal information, license information, contact information, or work history without that person’s permission. You are responsible for promptly correcting material information that changes, including your availability, CDL status, endorsements, location, or contact details.
Class A Jobs 411 and a prospective carrier or recruiter may ask for additional job-related information during the recruiting process. You may decide whether to provide additional information, but a carrier or recruiter may be unable to consider you for an opening without information that is reasonably necessary for that opportunity.
4. Authorization to Review and Share Your Application
By submitting a driver application, you authorize Class A Jobs 411 to review your submission, contact you about potentially relevant opportunities, and share your application information with carriers, employers, recruiters, and service providers that need the information to evaluate or support a potential employment opportunity. We share information as described in our Privacy Policy and do not sell or rent personal information to marketers.
Carriers, employers, and recruiters make their own hiring decisions and may have their own applications, privacy notices, screening procedures, and employment requirements. Once your information is shared with a prospective employer or recruiter, that party’s own policies may also apply.
5. Calls, Email, and Text Messages
You may be contacted by phone call or email about your application, requested services, job opportunities, updates, or support. If you separately choose to receive text messages through an available opt-in control, you consent to receive the text messages described in that control. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit an application or receive services. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or by contacting us using the information below.
6. Employment Decisions and Job Listings
Class A Jobs 411 does not employ drivers for the jobs listed unless a posting specifically identifies Class A Jobs 411 as the employer. Each carrier, employer, or recruiter is responsible for its own listing, qualifications, pay, benefits, equipment, route, home-time, screening, and hiring decisions. Job information may change, be filled, be withdrawn, or be corrected without notice.
You should independently confirm material job details directly with the carrier or recruiter before accepting an offer, resigning from a position, relocating, incurring costs, or making another employment decision.
7. Driver Conduct
When using Class A Jobs 411 application tools, you agree not to submit fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, unlawful, or deceptive applications. You also agree not to misrepresent your CDL class, endorsements, driving experience, safety history, employment history, criminal history, eligibility, or authority to work. We may suspend, remove, or decline an application or account that appears inaccurate, unsafe, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Application Terms or our Terms of Service.
8. Carrier and Recruiter Submissions
Carriers and recruiters who receive an application through Class A Jobs 411 agree to use applicant information only for legitimate recruiting, employment, screening, placement, and related support purposes. They must safeguard applicant information, communicate professionally, comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws, and avoid deceptive, bait-and-switch, or unauthorized marketing practices. They may not sell, rent, scrape, or use applicant information for unrelated purposes.
9. Privacy, Security, and Records
Our collection, use, disclosure, security practices, retention practices, and individual choices are described in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the platform. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and you should not send credentials, passwords, banking information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary job application unless a secure process specifically requests it.
10. Third-Party Services and External Applications
Some job listings or application paths may direct you to a carrier, recruiter, or other third-party website. Class A Jobs 411 does not control those third-party sites or their practices. Review the third party’s terms, privacy notices, and application instructions before providing information or taking action on an external site.
11. Changes, Suspension, and Availability
We may update these Application Terms when our application process, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue an application feature when reasonably necessary to protect applicants, carriers, recruiters, the platform, or the public.

By submitting an application or using an application-related feature, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Application Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy, and that you understand Class A Jobs 411 is a recruiting and job-board platform rather than the hiring employer for every listed opportunity.
