Required Certifications Independent Contractor Status: I understand I am applying as a 1099 independent contractor, not an employee. Tax Responsibility: I am responsible for my own taxes, business expenses, equipment, internet, phone, workspace, software, and supplies. Confidentiality Agreement: I will protect driver databases, recruiter databases, carrier profiles, pay sheets, carrier contacts, procedures, training materials, website content, CRM records, Driver Manager records, and My Working Leads records. Lead Ownership Agreement: I understand all driver leads, applications, submissions, records, notes, communications, and applicant data generated through Company systems remain Class A Jobs 411 property. Commission Policy Agreement: I understand commissions are earned only after carrier verification and satisfaction of Company payout requirements, and there are no advances unless approved in writing. Data Security Agreement: I will protect passwords, not share accounts, not export databases, and not distribute leads outside authorized Company systems. No Authority To Bind Company: I cannot sign contracts, promise jobs, promise orientation dates, promise pay, or negotiate carrier agreements. Electronic Signature Consent: I consent to electronic records, electronic signature, and PDF record storage for this agreement. Sub-Recruiter Continuity Policy: I understand that if a sponsoring recruiter resigns, becomes inactive, is terminated, or otherwise stops working with Class A Jobs 411, associated sub-recruiters may continue directly with Class A Jobs 411 or may be reassigned to another authorized recruiter at the Company's discretion. This policy is intended to prevent active sub-recruiters from being stranded and does not create employment, guaranteed work, guaranteed commissions, or ownership rights. Truthful Information Certification: I certify that the information I provided is accurate and truthful. Independent Business Certification: If my state requires enhanced review, I certify that I control my own hours, provide my own equipment, pay my own taxes, am not an employee, and understand this is commission-based work.
