Job Details

• Home Daily
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Start times typically between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM (varies by route)
• Average 13-hour workdays
• Dedicated local operation with consistent freight
• Operate late-model day cabs pulling 39-foot steel dump trailers equipped with wet kits
• Trailers are loaded using front-end loaders, grapples, and magnets

Drivers will transport scrap metal throughout:

• Iowa
• Wisconsin
• Illinois
• Missouri

A typical route may include a run from Davenport, IA to Sheboygan, WI with return freight from South Beloit, IL, Milwaukee, WI, or other nearby locations. Routes may vary based on customer demand.

Hiring Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 6 months of recent CDL-A driving experience
• Safe driving record
• Ability to meet all DOT and company hiring requirements
