PAY & COMPENSATION

• $27.00 per hour
• Average $1,300 gross per week
• Approximately 1,700–1,900 miles per week
• $50 Canada border-crossing pay
• $25 layover pay
• Approximately 15 stops per week

HOME TIME & SCHEDULE

• Home daily
• Local routes
• Monday through Friday
• Rotating Saturdays required based on customer needs
• Occasional layovers may occur
• Drivers must be flexible with load and delivery timing

THE JOB

• Local dry van operation
• Runs primarily throughout Michigan, Indiana and Ohio, with some Canada crossings
• Hauling lightweight corrugated products
• No-touch freight
• Combination of drop & hook and live unload
• Approximately 1,700–1,900 miles per week
• Approximately 15 stops per week
• 24-hour dispatch and breakdown support

EQUIPMENT

• Day cabs and sleepers
• 53-foot dry van trailers
• Electronic logs
• Driver-facing cameras
• Well-maintained equipment
• No passengers permitted

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of qualifying solo CDL-A experience
• Air brakes qualification
• Must live within approximately 50 miles of Albion, MI 49224
• Must be available for rotating Saturdays
• Must have strong communication skills and maintain professional conduct at customer locations
• Drivers making Canada crossings must meet applicable border-entry requirements and have the required enhanced documentation
