Pay & Earnings

• Paid Training: $650 per week (4–6 weeks)
• Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
• Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM (based on experience)
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop once solo
• Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit

Most drivers upgrade quickly once training benchmarks are met.

Equipment & Freight

• Assigned late-model automatic tractors after upgrade
• No-touch dry van freight
• Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
• Steady, nationwide freight lanes

The goal is simple: learn the job the right way, build confidence, and get verifiable OTR experience.

Schedule & Operating Area

• OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out
• Home Time: 34-hour reset
• Operating Area: Lower 48 states after training
• Driver Base: Dallas, TX and surrounding areas
