You’ll work with experienced driver trainers, gain real-world over-the-road experience, and transition into your own truck upon successful completion of training.

Pay & Benefits

• $850 per week during training
• Average earnings of $1,200-$1,400 per week after completing training
• Performance bonus opportunities
• Approximately 2,500 miles per week
• Weekly direct deposit

Training Program

Our paid training program is designed to help new CDL-A drivers build confidence and experience while earning a paycheck.

You’ll receive:

• Paid CDL-A training
• Professional driver mentoring

Home Time

• Home every two weeks
• Day and night driving available
• Weekend driving required
• Holiday work as scheduled

Freight

• Dry Van Freight
• No-Touch Freight
• Live Load
• Live Unload
• Drop & Hook
• Preloaded Freight

Operating Area

Drivers primarily run throughout the Eastern United States with freight moving up and down the East Coast while avoiding long western routes.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent CDL school graduate or trainee
• Must meet DOT qualifications
• No endorsements required
• Must live within 200 miles of Columbus, OH
